Food for
Champions
You must know how to eat well to be an athlete, but you don’t have to be an athlete to know how to eat well.
The success of any athlete who competes at the highest level starts at the dining table. It doesn’t matter how much you train or how hard you work, what is certain is that without the right food you won’t have the energy you need to keep on improving day by day.
But knowing what to choose to put on your plate every day, by following the examples of the greatest sport stars, is essential for people who don’t do any kind of competitive sport but want to become champions in their everyday lives.

And it is exactly to promote this idea that Food for Champions came into being. This is a food show offering a healthy diet based on picking the best products, which pass through the hands of the leading chefs on the international culinary scene and end their journey on the tables of the biggest sport stars. Such meals combine quality, taste and lightness.
And it’s the award-winning chefs and top athletes themselves who can confirm it’s not true that healthy eating means saying goodbye to taste and flavour. Instead, they will show us just how easy it is, if you know how to choose the right ingredients, to obtain the best possible taste experience from your diet, together with the best nutriment.
The French food expert Brillat-Savarin used to say “Tell me what you eat and I will tell you who you are” and today, two centuries later, Food for Champions wants to respond with a fresh saying: “Tell me that you eat healthily and I will know that you can truly fulfil your dreams”.
